I just went back here for probably the first time in 10 years and had a great experience. My stylist, Adam, was great! I unfortunately went in unusually unprepared (no photos, descriptions of what I wanted), but Adam picked right up on what I was saying. He was great at offering suggestions based on what I wanted to do with my hair, while still listening to my input. He was also really fun to talk to, none of that awkward moment when it gets silent and you run out of things to say. Plus, he took extra time to show me how to style my hair wavy instead of blowdrying and straightening. I have had stylists kind of diffuse my hair before or explain how to, but no one every took me through explicitly step by step explaining what every product did and the purpose of every twist, comb, etc. Highly recommend going!
