This is my first stay at this resort and was very impressed at first. The room had a projector and a jacuzzi. Then, we discovered a pair of used black socks in one of the closets?! So we asked the housekeeper to remove it and because there were four of us so I asked her for some more of bath products. Despite the fact that she spoke mostly Spanish, we were able to communicate:)!
The slightly odd part was the fact that one of the elevators was being updated so we had to use the service elevator instead. They actually set up
a water station for us so we could get hydrated every time we passed to the elevator. Nice touch!
