My girlfriend and I came in for eyebrow and lip waxes last night. I had a phenomenal experience with Elizabeth. My girlfriend on the other hand wound up with her skin pulled off and burned on her eyebrows by the waxer VANESSA.... nevertheless I am livid. Will NEVER BE RETURNING TO EUROPEAN WAX CENTER. DO NOT GO. I am furious that they hurt her. And no service that is phenomenal for me is worth her being hurt AT ALL!!!! The waxer Vanessa was not gentle and put the wax all the way into her crease... her eyelid crease. Wtf no wonder she has welps on her eyelids. I can't believe someone would laugh it off like she did, and then tell her to put some coconut oil on it.... seriously? Then she still paid for the wax..... Vanessa took no responsibility and then made light of the situation after my girl told her that it hurt. The best part is we had a horrible experience at the rainbow location notified her of it and said we were skeptical of even going back here. Then we had an even worse experience. I I will be calling management tomorrow.
