Really bad experience. Stoped in to check the price. The gentleman said $39 dollars I said that's seems a little expensive. He ask what was I looking to pay I said $20 dollars based on local pricing. He said I can't do that best he has is $29 with a coupon. Said thank you and started to leave then stopped though $9 dollars difference it was worth a try to see the service. I pull back in to the same person and said for $29 dollars I give it a shot. He completed the service and gave me the bill for $39 dollars. This is when it got interesting I said I thought you said $29 dollars and he said " he added additional oil and the none cartage filter that are more expensive". Really A 2011 Cruze with a 1.4 liter motor. If they have to resort to these tactics the must be in trouble.
