Poor customer service and slow service.
I left my truck Monday evening for a brake check and I was told I would receive a call that night with an update. No call.
Tuesday morning I was called and given a price and told what work was required. I approved. I was told it would be ready by late afternoon or early evening. I was called back in the evening and told my truck was ready to be picked up. Ten minutes later I called again and told my truck was NOT ready to be picked up.
Wednesday mid-day I was called again and told my truck was finally ready. When I went to pick it up I asked for a discount because I was not called when I was supposed to be called, and the job took a day longer than it was supposed to take.
No discount. I guess "Just Brakes" is just too much for this place to handle.
On the drive home I noticed the brakes are making a loud grinding noise. So now I have to go back!
