I had to have a tooth extraction due to a seriously infected tooth/gums, I came in to get it checked out and the dentist said it needed to be removed immediately. The first issue was the dentist didnt want to use too much novocaine, I told him it wasnt very numb, had to convince him to give me more novocaine. I also asked him at least four times how long the actual procedure will take and he kept saying "dont worry about it." Now I am having difficulties getting a copy of my records from them. This is an unprofessional dental practice, and I hope they go out of business quickly. I think I would have had better service if I asked a random person on the street to perform the procedure.
As to the owners response on yelp, she asked me to sign a release form to get my records that I already signed, they know I signed it two weeks ago, they know they have it on file, we discussed it on the phone, and still they asked me to sign it again. As soon as I wrote the above yelp review they sent me my records. This is a waste of my time.
