I was referred by a friend using one of their massages they piled up (tip not included with transfer of massage). Anyways I sent my fiance and, while the massage was reported to be decent, the customer service I experienced was subpar and belittling. I called to simply discuss some miscommunication/understanding (easily could be on our end ...not sure) and staff lead, Mary Kay, was sarcastic in tone, repeatedly interrupted with "thats great. Ok great." Etc etc. When i followed up with the manager, Darlene, she immediately shot down my concerns and while she was at least not sarcastic....she was just as unpleasant. This site clearly does not invest on clients after signup of any sort. Avoid this location.
