I have been here a few times. I have checked in once at the desk and sat down, only to not have them actually check me in.
I have been placed on hold for more than 15 minutes. The wait times at the office are also ridiculous. I would not come here with the expectation that you are going to be seen on time.
I have not been heard out and my symptoms downplayed. Some of the practitioners prescribe medicine like candy, others will give you flack for asking what you were already prescribed in the past.
Each time I go here, the front desk has no idea how to bill me. They want to charge me more than what my insurance dictates.
Avoid this place at all costs.
