On the service department side, they seem to try and push maintenance that's not part of the schedule. They insisted I get break work done as part of the recommended maintenance schedule, which was not true. I asked them to show me where it says that in the manual, and they gave me their brochure. I asked again where it was in the manual and they kept pointing to their brochure. Eventually they pushed me to the manager where he kept insisting I do the brake work and that it was recommended. After 15 minutes, he tells me that it's "recommended" and that it was my choice. If it was my choice, why did I have to go through such a show just to get an oil change? After a break inspection they said my breaks were in perfect condition, and I saved myself $250.
