Just called & pharmacy tech Kaitlyn was lying to me because I was asking her to call around and see which pharmacy had my medication in stock because I'm out. I had my doctor call my medicine in yesterday because I was out and they tell me oh we can't fill in til the 22nd when I know that's a lie because they filled it early before. At first she said that's a store policy then when I asked her to call around and see who would fill it today she said it was a Walgreens policy. Poor customer service. She kept talking over me and avoided doing anything I asked by giving a excuse. Why are these kinds of people in customer service? WALGREEN NEEDS TO DO BETTER. AGAIN This review is about KAITLYN AND KAITLYN ONLY.
