Horrible customer service. Twice I've been in you location, once by myself looking for a few things and once with my fiancé. Both times, I was NEVER greeted or offered any assistant even though I stood at the counter waiting for help to get a back pack while the lady ignored me and went and found someone else to help. With my fiancé we had shoes in hand, and hand money to buy him new clothes. I don't know if your store is bias against people who are overweight or just flat out ignored me both times, but I will never step foot into a tilly's again and I will make sure anyone I speak to doesn't either.
And yes, I work in customer service as well, and no matter what you should be treating each customer with the same respect as the last!
