I came here with friend because he was looking for a gun (duh). The staff here are always very knowledgeable and friendly. Chris, in particular, took care of us and gave a lot of good suggestions for my friend because he wasn't sure on what to get. He also went the extra mile to make sure that everything went smoothly for my friend because he recently had a name change. So my friend wasn't sure if that would affect his purchase, but Chris came through and made a LOT of phone calls to help him out. In the end, everything worked out and we really appreciate the amazing customer service that not only Chris has but the entire staff at Freedom Firearms.
