I expect a lot from anyone I choose to have as my primary care physician. I expect the staff to treat me as they would their own loved one -- with concern, empathy and as if my health concerns are paramount. I got none of that. Very business-like. I never felt like anyone there cared at all that I was in pain. On top of that, I made an appointment to see a doctor as my primary care physician and ended up seeing a nurse practitioner. I was asked to be there 25 minutes prior to my appointment for paperwork. I was 40 minutes early. Yet, I still didn't get called back until 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. If you're an office that will charge you $$ for not keeping your appointment, you sure better be one that respects other people's time and stay a lot closer to schedule than that. That was just unprofessional and disrespectful.
