We hired them to remove trees and their stumps from our property. They confirmed multiple times that the stumps would also be removed for the agreed upon price. They did a great job removing the trees and we paid in full (plus tip for the men that did the work) with the understanding that the stumps would be removed within a week, as stated on their contract and confirmed in a conversation with the workers. We called and emailed multiple times over a 2 week period. Finally Keith called back and said that the stump removal was not part of the original deal. We are now on the hook to have a second company finish the job at our expense (an additional $200-300). Don't trust them and if you do please don't pay in full until the job is complete.
