This is a really nice hotel with a GM who obviously cares about what people think about it. Nice up to date / clean rooms, great location, reasonable price. Willing to accommodate an extra hour for late checkout, held bag at checkout, followed up immediately on feedback for improvement.
Negatives were getting locked out of room (key stopped working) in the morning, breakfast not vegan friendly (which is fine since there are many amazing restaurants in walking distance, but would rather have not had price included in room rate if there weren't going to be acceptable food choices), elevator is painfully slow and hotel internet is not very good. All in all, this is an excellent hotel. None of these would detract from a future visit.
