We scheduled my Mother in-laws appt in December 2017 for 2/20/2018 @ 145pm. We received the reminder/confirmation phone call at 2pm on Friday 2/16/2018. We showed up today for her 145pm appt at 130pm to make sure we got checked in early. The receptionist tells us there is NO appt and that Dr. Swarup is not in the office. Once we get back home we call the main number to find out what happened. They say oh we see you had an appt at 145. The office manager gets on the phones and says "not to make an excuse but the receptionist was new and made a mistake". Sorda sounds like an excuse. How in the Hell does this happen? We ask to make another appt. They say there are none available appointments until April 18th. Thanks but NO THANKS
