Let the buyer beware.... We went into the store to buy a Trundel bed (my mother-in-law wanted to move in with us). We found a bed we liked and paid by checked. As we were paying we were informed in would be two week before the bed could be in since the warehouse was in California. The orders are not shipped until they have a full truck. This was a 5:45 in the evening. Not excited but I would work with it. My mother in law decided that she did not want to move. So I contacted store at 09:30 the next morning. I was advised manager would call me back in the afternoon. Received a call back by sales rep Mark. He stated he could not cancel the order since he had already faxed the order to the California warehouse. Now the order had not shipped nor would be shipped for another one to two week, yet they will not cancel the order. I even stated I understand if they have wait for the check to clear and refund. That did not matter once they have your money NO REFUND OR EXCHANGES Caveat Emptor
