I went to this location today at 12:30am for severe back pain. They were able to see me immediately. They gave me a bed and a gown and shortly after changing, my nurse was there to get a urine sample. My nurse was male and his name was Cyrus. By far the best nurse I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. He was upbeat and helped get my mind off of my pain by just being positive and making me laugh. Such a great character for a gloomy atmosphere!
My doctor was also incredibly nice and helpful. Ross Rodgers was the attending physician. A very nice man that wanted to get straight to the root of the problem. Also very upbeat and friendly.
Overall, I had a great experience here despite the pain I was encountering. I was discharged by 3am or a little after. In and out!
My husband had to go to the ER about a week or 2 ago for chest pains. This was early on a Friday morning -- between 8 and 9. We got right in and everyone was nice then also. Completely different staff and unfortunately I can't remember any names.
This hospital is within walking distance of where my husband and I work but about 45 minutes from our home. We're willing to make the drive because of how fast and friendly the service is.
