I just moved to Nevada. I have used this location five times now. I havn't seen so many tellers standing around chatting all the time as I have seen at this bank. There is one asian lady who is humping her ass all the time! Give her a raise! One guy was eating planters peanuts, as I stood there for 5 minutes! I waited another time for a banker for almost 20 minutes sitting in the bankers area.and no one helped me. Tho I did see another manager sitting behind me in her glass office texting on her phone! I finally had to go ask could someone help me, as I had to do a wire transfer. I was told there were no bankers there, and got a lady name Miss Soda. She was clearly not happy to help me. Seemed almost mad at me when I asked some question of the wire transfer, I got snapped at! This branch needs a real over haul, and getting back to helping the customers!
