The apartments are nice and the location is really amazing. We have lived here for over eight years, however the staff in the front office is such an awful representation of the community. They are rude and disrespectful, particularly Caitlyn is a negative rude snob and has zero people skills and should probably not work where she has to interact with the public. I came in to ask a basic question about picking up a package to which she responded while not even looking at me but looking at the wall... I asked her two additional questions to which she turned around and started walking away completely ignoring me and the fact that I was there and talking to her. Acts like she personally owns the place instead of just working the front desk. Should probably put friendlier faces in to represent the complex rather than people who are nice only when you come in to sign a lease, but when you've been there for over eight years don't even find it necessary to acknowledge your most basic questions and concerns.
