Do to my busy schedule I do most of my shopping online, while browsing ashleys online merchandise I came across the perfect Chaise Lounge for my living room that would give it a perfect accent. I went to purchase it in person to Ashleys and to my surprise the item kept showing up as discontinued, The Lead Dawn stepped to the plate right away and went out of her way to see why it was not available and if I would be able to purchase it. Dawn finally got an answer after making several calls, she even went out of her way to contact the regional manager in Nevada. When my item was finally ready for pick up over a month later and 3 different pick up dates (which was out of her control) Dawn personally gave us a call to let us know out item was ready for pick up. Now that is excellent customer service, I will definitely go back again.
