I've unfortunately experienced better foot massages and their service leaves very little to be desired. First off, they had to call in other therapists from other stories because they were understaffed and they was no communication with us (thank god I could understand a bit). We waited, and waited, and waited. For half an hour.
Then when it comes to paying for it, we all paid in cash and they assumed we didn't want change (um hello, 50%?! I don't think so) and we had to ask them for it. They fidgeted and asked questions and took a long time to find change for us. And when we finally tipped them 20%, I hear them talking amongst themselves saying how hard they worked and how little money they get. Which made us feel guilty and horrible but we didn't feel inclined to leave more because of the less-than-ideal experience. So next time, we'll go somewhere where our business is appreciated.
