A very sad and disappointing morning at the puff and fluff. I've brought my two beloved dachshunds here for years and I've never had any real issues. This morning, we brought our third, the old man. We gave specific instructions about how his hair is thin, that we didn't want his hair cut, just cleaned up, washed and brushed. He had never been groomed before because of his thin hair and he gets cold. We were called that they were ready and were not told there was a problem. We showed up and poor Oscar had been shaved. Not trimmed, not groomed but shaved. His beautiful, life long mohawk is gone. It's worth mentioning that I always mention my other dogs' back trouble and to be careful with him. If they can't get the instructions even close about the hair, are they taking appropriate care of my best friends? I am amazed in Arcadia that a dog salon can be so callous. We were as polite as possible and left but we are not happy. Neither is Oscar.
