Great bagels, but why do you MICROWAVE eggs? We do not microwave eggs in New York. You guys go through all the trouble to boil your own bagels (which you do a pretty good job at), and then you go throw some nuked eggs on them. Terrible ownership choice - simply putting an open Paganini grill in your line solves that problem. Grill your eggs and meat!!! Not acceptable to a New Yorker.... maybe for those who will settle for mediocre taste. The coffee is good, even lunch meals are tasty. I just can't get over a place calling themself an "east coast" business but they miss one of the most important parts.
