The fresh tortillas, the sweet sweet pork Barbacoa and the mild tomatillo sauce are absolutely delightful. All wrapped up enchilada style? Perfection. Rice and pinto beans are very flavorful and complete a wonderful dish. No fan of the disposable aluminum plates though :/
