I came here for oil change and i have some minor concern of my car which is my brake light sensor on my panel intermittently going on. The lady attendant. I think her name is Taylor asked me the purpose of coming to their shop. When I told her my concerns. She keep on telling me that the diagnostic is $100. So i agreed that I just need my oil changed since it is only a minor problem. After a while she came to me and telling me that I need a tire replacement, a brake pad change and blah blah blah And told me the price on the brake repair. I told her that i received a coupon from them for $179 special. She told me that the promo was last week. My coupon says it is valid till Sept 2017. I asked her if they check my concern and still insist that i have to pay for the diagnostic. This place is something else, they check everything else but not your concern. Beside, i have a coupon for complementary multipoint inspection to check whats wrong with the car. I am supposed to do my brake maintenance here but change my mind. They never listen to customer. I will never come back here for any business.
