This is the most disorganized practice on the planet. Every time I have needed a referral to a specialist it has mysteriously fallen through the cracks. My son had a dangerous hernia and we waited for entirely too long for the referral after calling several times to remind them and check the status. I called today, worried about my 5 year old, as his fever hadn't broken for the fourth day in a row. I was assured that someone would call me right back with instructions. In typical lakeside fashion, no one called back and now the office is closed. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because we actually really like Dr. Sheryl, but sadly we are definitely finding a new practice. Get it together Lakeside! So disappointing. Update: We had another visit here and had a remarkably different experience. Everything was efficient and pleasant. We received referrals for both children and had them in with specialists before the week ended. Thanks for the pleasant surprise.
