My washing machine (Electrolux) that would not drain, so I called several companies and found that some of the girls that are answering the phones hate their job. They were rude, nasty and just full of boredom! I also found that the ruder the girls were the more expensive the service charge was. I found Allstate Appliance Repair and found that Juan was awesome and very professional on the phone and he sounded like he knew what he was doing. I explained the issue and he came the next day. Not only did he fix my washer for the one thing that I called him for but, he found other things wrong and fixed them as well saving my family what could have been a bad flood!
I will call them again and recommend them to anyone who needs repairs! Juan is honest and showed me all the trouble, he did not gouge me or my family, courteous and professional. I will call them again IF I have trouble again...knock on wood!
