I have done a few Title loans in my time here in LAS Vegas at multiple companies. Usually it's the same old BS of trade appraisal contracts and the employee talking down to you blah blah blah. If you don't pay your loan we repo your car. Duh. I know this. However for the first time I tried Title Max on Sahara and met a very courteous, profession young lady named Michelle who went thru the process differently than I have been in the past. She talked to me and treated me like a real human being, like we were equals or something. It was very refreshing. And after I pay this loan back in 6 months or so I plan on using her as my first choice. Awesome job glad to know there are professional reputable Title loan companies out there.
