horrible customer service. i took my car in for new brakes. i'm on my 4th trip back because they are still squeaking and grinding. the manager, jay followed me to my car and said why don't we escalate this even further. called me a fat b**** and i'm not fat. the lady that works there had to get in front of him. i'm out $260.00 and now have to take my car and pay again to someone that can actually fix my brakes and possibly persue legal action. don't take your car here. the prices aren't worth it and the manager, jay is a terrible manager.
