I just visited this clinic for the first time today with my two new kitties to get their first vaccinations. What an amazing experience!
Dr. Keller was great, and so nice. The techs were awesome, and the specific tech that was in the room with my cats was very patient and not rough with them at all, even though they were being quite skittish. The tech at the front desk was awesome too, we had a brief conversation about how much she loves her job (always a good sign!).
The prices, of course, are super cheap. I got my cats one of the vaccine packages, only $29 each. I got out of there this morning with a bill of $58... basically what I would have paid for an exam alone at a regular vet, not including vaccines!
Because prices are low, I imagine this place gets pretty busy. Even though they seemed pretty busy today, I didn't have too much of a wait, especially considering I accidentally showed up 5 minutes late (make sure you are driving to the right location on the day of your appointment! haha). The waiting room is pretty small, so if you have an aggressive or overly loud pet you might find yourself outside, just be prepared for that.
I definitely think it's important to mention that this clinic is NOT a substitute for a normal vet visit- you should always have a regular vet that you take your pets to for wellness checks. But for vaccines, spay/neuter, and microchipping I would have no problem referring Dr. Keller and his wonderful staff!
