Had an excellent experience here some months ago. I needed new shoes for work (I work retail so I walk a lot) and came in to try on some Brooks. I was greeted after having a chance to look things over and a nice associate brought out a pair in my size along with a pair of Asics. After trying them both on I decided that the Asics felt better, but the price was higher than I was hoping to spend. He got another associate named Andy to help, who pointed out some men's Brooks that were on sale. I ended up with those AND the Asics a few months later when they were marked down.
This store is hit or miss for me when it comes to shoes and it's mainly because I wear a large size. But I do like to check in whenever I'm at the mall because you never know what kind of sale is going on. The sales associates are always helpful and never pushy.
