Great for loading or unloading, but be watchful of them loading storage containers. I had provided various brand new ratchet tie downs for them to use, and the container sturdy hooks all around, but they verbally declined to using ANY of them. Packing was tight and not wasteful, but they left very little room (1-2 inches) for the door to be opened & closed. When unloading the storage container, I had to spend a long time prying boxes back from behind the door with two other people. Should have insisted on either use of tiedowns, cardboard, or mattress behind the storage door. They were otherwise prompt, professional, and really cared about everything being well padded & not getting damaged when loading or when being stored. After unloading storage, I have not yet found anything damaged as a result of moving or loading aside from the boxes I had to crunch to get the storage door open. EDIT, my response to business comments: "The guys didn't use straps because the pod was going to be packed tight to the door to fit all of your belongings" - Unnecessary. 15' container was full and 7' container was ~25% full. Therefore, packers could have left a couple open feet of room in 15' container and moved that to the 7', more than enough room to allow for strapping from wall to wall. Alternatively, the four 100% wrapped mattresses & box springs should've been used behind the door. "Second, right next to the door there is no way to hook a strap." - False, there was room between the door frame and sidewalls with hook things every 2 feet up. "Pods need to be packed correctly and tight to prevent shifting because they are lifted, set down, tilted and stacked." - I would think that packing correctly would involve the straps provided, as recommended by pods. "We are pleased that we could fit all of your belongings inside with no damage!" - Except for the boxes I had to crunch to get the storage doors open.
