The Credit Union West branch on Dunlap was about as helpful as I've seen in a CU.
They seem to focus on making customer's lives as easy as possible. I would NEVER put my money in a bank like Wells Fargo, B of A, Chase, etc because they don't have the 'Human Element' that Credit Union West has. Though their hours of op are sometimes inconvenient I feel like it's worth the trouble that sometimes causes due to my schedule.
