My mom's car gave out on her a few weeks ago and she decided it was time to purchase a newer vehicle that would last her for many years since she retired a couple of years ago. He treated my mom and I with the upmost respect and made her feel very comfortable with the entire process. After taking some time to get to know my mom, he explained the benefits of Subaru Forester. My main concern was the safety features this vehicle has and after expressing my concerns, Ramon assured my mom and I that the safety features this vehicle provides are outstanding. He went into great detail while addressing all of our concerns. We felt very comfortable and like we had known him for years. Needless to say, mom left with a 2016 Subaru Forester and she loves every moment in it!
