Terrible service! I took a check, that was cut from their bank, to have it cashed, to avoid risking an insufficient funds fee, if the check bounced. I was told there was a $10 fee, no big deal. I apologized for my misunderstanding of their system and that is when she went into full attack about how the fee is standard practice, blah blah blah. Her tone and facial expression was telling that she thought I was an idiot for explaining myself. Got it, this is why I bank elsewhere!
