Ok, bad service mixed with good ice cream doesn't work. Sorry guys, hate to ruin your plan. I went in with my family and friends to hang out and I didn't even get a hello. Instead of a warm greeting I got to listen to Reeve tell his co worker about the Pokemon he had just caught. Must be exciting to have more Pokemon and less guests. After I got my ice cream and we all went outside, part of our group where using the chairs and table outside the shop. Maybe about 30-45 minutes before they closed the Pokemon hunter came outside and told us to remove ourselves from the table because he was taking it inside. (Maybe he needed it for more Pokemon) All in all I really do not want to go back because of the way we where treated and let's be honest, I'm paying a lot of money for ice cream, the least you can do is let us use the chairs and table.
I hate to be the person to post a review like this, but it's kind of awful to want to have a fun night with family and friends and it be ruined by one person. The rest of the staff would have received 4-5 stars.
