The guys at the Pick Up Artist were AMAZING and so helpful.
I needed them to clean up a clients abandoned property that had been over run by squatters and I had no idea what to do or if I was putting anyone in harms way. They shared with me their prior experience with this same type of situation and explained their game plan for defusing the situation.
I had text message notifications for their appointments as well as emailed invoice and they didn't charge additional fees when they had to come out a second time with an extra guy to remove an engine block (seriously how did this homeless guy even get it there?!)
They even analyzed the back yard and gave me a quote for additional work if my client wanted it.
