Will never go to Big O again! Went for a discounted oil change $16.95, they recommended several things to be taken care of which I declined. I knew my vehicle would require more than the included 5 quarts of oil, and knew I would have to pay more. However I expected the additional oil to be along the lines of what the discount was ($2 per quart) as I received at other garages). Instead I was charged nearly $10 per quart costing me around $40 for the simple 'discounted' oil change. And the recommended things to be taken care of weren't needed and over priced when compared to when I finally had it done. Never again!
