There was a time when Henry's was the ONLY pace to go for photo stuff save for Eaton's (dating myself?) and other non-descript places. Now there is too much choice in terms of brick and mortar stores let alone the choice and prices available in the on-line world (J&R, B&K, Ritz, etc). I still like Henry's though I find that the staff can be one of two extremes - either really clueless and gasping at straws or completely arrogant and making you feel like a complete F@*king idiot. Prices are ok, but places like Aden will swing a deal if you talk to them and give the the ole "starving amateur photo guy" thing." All in all go to Henry's if you want an ok experience. If you are brand new and need salespeople with patience then try Aden or Vistek.
