The office contacted me and said that the maids they sent to our home were on their way out of the business because of other client complaints. She offered to send someone else in case we wanted to give them a second chance. When I responded by asking what they plan on doing about the fact that we didn't receive the full service that we paid for and the service that we received was mediocre at best, she never got back to me again. Guess she expected me to give them a second chance at my expense! No way!
