One of the worst customer service department I have had to deal with. If it is not a problem with service, it is a problem with billing. On billing I keep getting a different answer on what my bill actually is. The last time I called, which was the week of July 4th, I spoke to 3 different people including a supervisor who was rude and also gave me a different answer. When I wanted to speak with a person in a higher position she said it would be within 72 hours that I would receive a call back. As I expected the call never came. If there were other options that offered the same services I would definitely check them out and would probably change companies. The service people also give you different answers whenever you have them come to your residence. Please check whatever other companies exist in your area, and go with the other company. It is a nightmare in dealing with Cox.
