Tried Tom and Chee for the first time the other day. I was clean and not overly crowded. The food was okay - but I felt a little expensive - let's face it, it's bread and cheese. The bill for two was approximately $16.50, two sandwiches, one soup and two drinks. I do like the fact you can get a half sandwich and a soup or salad. So there are positives here. My husband is a huge fan of toasted cheese so I really wanted to try it for him.
