I had a drive thru Las night, I have never been so disappointed with McDonald. They forgot my Egg McMuffin, which we have all done something like at work, forgetting customers/clients' stuff. I called them to get the credit back, they said I can either go back to the store to pick up the sandwich or go back to re-swipe my credit card to get my money back, no other solution. I was so disappointed, It's not about the $3 sandwich, it's about customer service and how they handle their mistakes. No wonder their rating is so low....
