Wow I love this store and I shop here constantly - blow way too much money here. But my last shopping experience was awful. I bought lingerie - bras and panties matching sets and the guy at checkout was bubbly and fun with a great customer service personality I asked his opinion on which ones matched and couldn't tell with the lighting and said well I'll keep the tags on and decide when I get home and bring back whichever doesn't match....he agreed and I did just that- didn't remove any tags (which don't allow you to try the panties on anyways because they are tagged shut). I get to the register and the female clerk said oh no we don't except returns of these items- monotone blunt and unhelpful. basically she shrugged when I told her what the checkout gentleman had stated and I just feel if that's the policy then he should have told me about the no return on undergarments policy when I specifically told him of my plan. Please get your staff on the same page.
