Worst experience in a long time! I've been to this salon before and had relatively a descent experience nothing out extraordinary but just "ok." I decided to stop in because I did t want to drive all the way to my preferred spot J'adore nails off Pine. So I decided to drop in for a quick pedi. I arrived and there were several people on there but I didn't mind waiting because I wasn't in a rush since I was on my side of town. Now let's get to the nail technician, she seemed annoyed and distracted not sure if someone yelled at her before I came in but she did things out of order. She had a snippy attitude when asked was she going to buff and file my nails she said something in a foreign language and then kept going. I was like wth. So I was thinking maybe she will go ahead and do it later since she was doing things out of order. While she was massaging my feet she was looking out the door. Not sure why but ok. So she finally filed the nails last and Rushed the whole pedicure. Needless to say the customer service was poor and so was the nail experience. My advice find a place that's consistent!
