Portions are small. They confuse orders a lot. Owner is rude and always gives off the vibe that she can't be bothered. I think that this might've been caused by the fact that they used to get a lot of traffic and they can get away with shitty service, but if they are smart enough, they will realise that it could end up being their demise, as it catches up to them.
