I'm a "snow-bird" and have used this Fletcher's location for at least 8+ years. Last April-1915, before leaving and storing my SUV, I, as usual, got an oil-filter change. When I returned in Nov. of 2015, the garage floor had a significant oil leak on the garage floor, streaming under the garage door. Looked like old oil and quite staining. I returned to the dealer, and rather than a prompt response to my concern (A PROBLEM NOT OF MY MAKING) I got a "back seat response". Had to wait quite a long time. IT turned out (NO QUALITY CONTROL) some jerk had not really change the oil, and had replaced the OIL pan plug without a washer...hence the leak. NO HELP OR ASSISTANCE REGARDING THE GARAGE FLOOR STAIN, AND NO REAL ACCEPTANCE OF RESPONSIBILITY, NO concern regarding the damaging stain, nor the inconvenience (sort of a "too bad attitude"). Because of their dismissive and "who cares response" I now use C&R Tire, 9590 E. Raintree Dr., where we have certified mechanics and a thoughtful service. K. R.
