This place is a joke. I came in and it's been almost 10 hours and yet my medication has not arrived and I am in extreme pain. It takes nearly 30 minutes for a nurse to come into your room after you press a button. At that point if it was an emergency of life and death I would be dead. It seems to be that their motto is "soon". Everything seems to be on the soon schedule. Nothing is ever addressed immediately it appears, and the noise level here is just as bad as the pain I'm in. Do not waste your time coming here for help because that's not what you're going to get and don't waste your time sending your love ones here either, it's basically a rehab for the homeless. Update: I've been her for 2 weeks. I do have to say that the staffs attentiveness to their patients is pretty good. Communication is a little bit slow between patients and staff as well as staff to other staff but the communication still is connected. The staff here are actually very pleasant, with very good bedside manner. And as previously stated above it took almost 12 hours to get my medication however it was not the facilities fault, it turns out it was the pharmacy was the problem with getting my medication sent to the facility. All in all I would give this place 3 1/2 stars.
