I cannot fathom how this place is the #1 rated buffet on Zagat. In Toronto, you could easily find 4-5 buffets with better quality of food, same number of selections, for half the price. If you are used to traditional American buffets then ya, Wynn will probably blow your mind. But most big cities should at least have 1-2 high-end asian buffets that are better than Wynn. The rest of this review is a non-exhaustive list of problems with their food. Crab legs - These were frozen hard and flavorless. They tasted like rubber. peking duck buns - A fist-sized bun with 2 thin slices of duck. You can't even taste the duck. Not to mention it's not even peking duck. Prime rib - Overcooked. I know they probably do this because some people like their steak welldone but these people shouldn't be eating steak in the first place. Lamb - Also overcooked. Sushi - There were literally 4 types of rolls with no nigiri. The rolls weren't good.
